Yes, we are based in Rustenburg, North West Province and are welcome to book a fitting.
The standard rental period is 4 days; however, we do not do collections on weekends therefore if you book your dress over this period, the extra day is a gift from us to you. The deliver/arrives by date and return on date are included in the rental period. As an example, for a 4-day booking, if it is delivered on Friday, it will be collected on Monday
Your shipping rate includes shipping to you and back to me again. Inside your package you will receive a return shipping label. Please keep the box you received the dress in and the label included in the box to send your dress back on the last day of your booking.
If you’ve lost the provided prepaid return label, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item yourself. This must be done over the counter at any Courier Guy counter near you. Please get in touch with us for our courier address and details as well as to provide us with the tracking number for the parcel.
An item cannot be reserved without booking and making payment for the item. Bookings open up 3 months in advance.
All hires require a deposit which is fully refundable when the dress is returned in good condition and on the correct date.
The refundable deposit is not paid back immediately after the dress is returned, please allow us to clean/dry clean the dress and if there’s no damage and no stains, we’ll refund you. It takes 2 to 4 days.
If the gown is returned damaged or stained and is not able to be cleaned or is beyond repair all charges will be incurred by the customer either for full repair or full replacement cost of the item. When you hire with you agree to all these terms.
It is very rare this will happen as I inspect the gowns thoroughly before sending them out. But I am human and send lots of dresses out on a weekly basis and it is possible for me to not see the damages. It is very important that you look through the dress/item and take photos/video and send them to me right away; NOT AFTER THE SHOOT. Any damages undocumented by you prior to the shoot you will be responsible for.
If you cancel a Rental 14 or more days before the start of the Rent Period, you will be given credit for the full amount of the rent cost that can be used towards another rental. This credit must be used within 120 days. Cancellations 13 or less days from contracted start date will not receive any refunds.
